Flounce Clothing - Returns and Exchanges
Online shopping can be difficult. So we want to make returning items easy for you.
Subject to this policy and our return conditions we accept returns. All returns will be exchanged for refund (Original purchase price - minus initial postage costs.)
2 RETURN CONDITIONS
Returns are available on full priced items. All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. Returns must be received by us in their original condition – that is:
- unused, unworn and unwashed;
- unstained (including no make-up stains or marks);
- unperfumed (including deodorant);
- all designer tags still attached;
- in original packaging.we will send the items back to you if the above conditions are not met. Although it does not happen often, where we reject a return, our decision is final and not negotiable.
All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of your purchase – that is, we must receive your item back within a 14-day period. This includes international returns. However, for international returns, we do not include shipping time in the 14-day period (that is because we understand shipping times can be long and varied). If you request a return outside this time period, it is at our discretion as to whether it will be accepted.
4 HOW TO LODGE A RETURN
Send the Return item to the below address along with Original invoice and reasons for return:

For quick processing of your returns, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the reasons for return and details of your purchase. We suggest you to use a traceable shipping method for returning an item. Return postage charge is your responsibility and non - refundable. If your return parcel is lost or damaged in transit and did not have tracking, Flounce clothing will have limited ability to compensate you. In that event, you will be responsible for the loss or damage to the item.
We process returns within ten business days of receiving your item(s). Returns will be processed as store credits or refunds.
You will receive an email from us once your return has been processed. If you have not received an email from us two weeks after you returned your item, please contact us at email@example.com.
5 FAULTY GOODS
If you think that you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately upon receiving the purchase (and in any event, no later than 14 days of receiving your purchase) with:
1. your order number;
2. the issue to be resolved;
3. a photo of the fault/defect and a photo of each the entire front and back of the item.
Our customer care team will work with you to resolve the matter.
In case of proven faulty or incorrect goods, your return postage charges are refundable.
Where a refund is agreed, the refund will be issued using the same payment method you used to purchase the item.
We do not currently offer exchanges. Where you are returning an item due to incorrect sizing, we suggest you start the return process as soon as possible to allow time for you to repurchase the item in the correct size.
